My research explores the cultivation of shared Christian calling within congregations through theological action research. I work with congregational teams to engage in a process of listening to discern what they are called toward next in local mission. Drawing on the missional church movement and practices of vocational discernment, this work seeks to journey with Christian congregation members in the ongoing work of discerning who God is calling them to be and what God is calling them to do together in their unique and changing ministry contexts.
